  8.     FlushLibs -- Flush unused libraries etc from Exec's libList (v39.1.11)

  10.     SYNOPSIS
  11.     FlushLibs
  12.  
  13.     DESCRIPTION
  14.     Flushes unused libraries, datatypes, etc., from Exec's libList, thus
  15.     freeing up some memory.
  16.  
  17.     FlushLibs doesn't force the system to free it's resources by trying
  18.     to allocate a large amount of memory -- instead it directly calls the
  19.     libraries' LIB_CLOSE functions.
